Oil Respect is asking you to support the expansion of the pipeline by sending a letter or email message to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Minister of Natural Resources, Jim Carr. 

Protesters and some government policymakers continue to delay the twinning of the Trans Mountain Pipeline.

This is a project that will inject $7.4 billion into the Canadian economy through direct spending. Over its first 20 years of operations, it will produce nearly $50 billion in combined construction and maintenance costs and federal, provincial and municipal taxes and royalties.  TMX will also create thousands of jobs for Canadians across multiple provinces, and allow our growing supply of crude to reach precious overseas markets.

This project truly represents a nation-building opportunity for Canada.

They encourage all supporters to use this letter or write a letter of their own, and send it by Canada Post or email to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ([email protected]) and the Honourable Jim Carr ([email protected] ). They also ask that you circulate the letter widely among your colleagues and social circles, and have them do the same.
